Steph Curry and Ayesha Curry announce the arrival of their fourth child

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry have welcomed their fourth child.

The couple announced on social media Sunday, when Ayesha gave birth to a baby boy named Caius Chai on May eleventh.

“Our sweet little boy decided to come early!!,” the couple wrote on Instagram. “He is doing great and we are finally settled in at home as a family of six! So thankful!”

The couple now has two girls and two boys: daughters Riley, 11, and Ryan, 8, and son Canon, 5.

Ayesha Curry, 35, unveiled in March within the magazine Sweet July, which she founded, that the couple was expecting their fourth child, after initially believing they might not have any more children.

“For so many years, Stephen and I thought we were done,” Ayesha wrote. “We said, 'Three, that's it, we're not doing this again.' And then last year, we looked at each other and agreed we wanted to do this again. For me, the decision came from keeping looking around and feeling like someone was missing. I would pack the car full and think, 'Oh, I forgot something.' But no one was forgotten.

“It began to make my head spin. Maybe someone was missing. So we set out on this journey, knowing that this could complete our family.”

Steph Curry posted a photo of his pregnant wife wearing white heels and a white bra under a brown blazer on March 1 and said they were preparing to welcome “Volume 4” to their family.

Steph met Ayesha when they were both teenagers. On March 23, Ayesha's birthday, Curry wrote on Instagram“My wife!!!! @ayeshacurry I take this moment to shout from the rooftops and need you a completely happy birthday 🎉🥳🎊. You are every part to me and our beautiful family.

“The smiles and silliness that light up the room. But always rely on yourself to stay authentic and move our family forward. I LOVE YOU 🙌🏽 more life!”
