And be one other touchdown for Travis Kelce's television profession because the Super Bowl champion joins the forged of Ryan Murphy's Grotesquerie in his first major acting role.

The 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end will appear on the FX horror show alongside Niecy Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance and Lesley Manville. Deadline was the primary to report the casting.

“Groteskery” is considered one of nine upcoming projects out of Emmy winner and lead executive producer Murphy, 58. The mastermind behind “Glee” and “American Horror Story” can also be currently working on the series “American Sports Story,” a miniseries based on “A Chorus Line” and one other limited series about German starlet Marlene Lockpick.
