Brett Favre tells Congress he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's

Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre said he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a shocking revelation he made Tuesday before Congress while testifying about him Possible misuse of taxpayer money.
