A Disneyland mother who was escorted from the Anaheim theme park in handcuffs together with her crying daughters reacted to her arrest on social media, calling the allegations “pure lies” and describing the day as her “worst nightmare.”
Anaheim police arrested 26-year-old Jessenia Diaz of Torrance on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Disney California Adventure on suspicion of trespassing, in accordance with spokesman Sgt. Matt Sutter.

Diaz's arrest was captured on video by DCA attendees and posted on social media – quickly becoming a worldwide viral sensation.
The woman within the video tried to take her children to Disney California Adventure without paying for tickets, something Disneyland officials said she had done before.
At Disneyland and DCA, children under 3 years old have free entry to the parks when accompanied by a paying adult.
The Disneyland Magic Key annual passholder told her side of the story and promised to “post the truth” in two TikTok videos.
“What they say are pure lies,” Diaz posted on TikTok.
Diaz posted the videos on TikTok under the username Diaz.V8 with the stage name Jessenia.
“Worst way to end the month,” Diaz posted on TikTok. “Luckily my daughters are safe. I love her. I would die if anything ever happened to them.”

The first TikTok video shows Disneyland security and solid members surrounding Diaz in front of the Goofy Sky School roller coaster. The second video shows a brief clip of Diaz's two daughters, ages 3 and 4, riding a carousel at an outside mall.

Diaz added the hashtags #singlemom and #worstnightmare to her TikTok posts.
The two latest TikTok videos have a combined 1,500 comments.
“Social media is full of lies and hate,” Diaz posted on TikTok.
TikTok commenters asked if Diaz and her children were OK after the arrest at Disney California Adventure.
“Yes. Thanks for asking,” Diaz posted on TikTok. “Thank you for taking care of my daughters.”
Some TikTok commenters blamed Diaz for putting herself and her children through the Disney park ordeal.
“If you don’t know how to be respectful, you shouldn’t say anything,” Diaz posted on TikTok.
Diaz threatened to file a lawsuit against Disneyland.
“Definitely sue,” Diaz posted on TikTok. “I have proof LOL. “That’s all he said,” she said.

Police said Diaz was suspected of taking the youngsters to the park without paying not less than 4 times prior to now two months.
Disneyland offered Diaz to purchase tickets for the youngsters and stay on the park, but she declined the offer, police said.
According to Disneyland officials, the lady was uncooperative with the Disneyland security team and Anaheim police were notified. Police arrested Diaz and released her on a citation.
