Ok, Trader Joes fans, time to open the envelopes and tell them whether their nominees have created the grade.
TJ supporters began votes at the top of last 12 months. The only products which might be out of the query for these honors were those that have won so often over time that they were installed within the TJ Hall of Fame. (Among these goat houses are the unexpected Cheddar, the dark chocolate -soot butter butter and the mandarin -orange -hühnchen.)
This 12 months's winners are:
Anvil lunch and dinner: Butter chicken with Basmati rice for the third time in a row.
Favorite drink: Spiced Apple Cider, a seasonal product. (The second became the French market sparkling lemonade.)
Favorite cheese: Goat cheese, in all its variations (crumbled goat cheese, chevre with blueberries, chevre with honey and chevre with cranberries for the winter holidays).
Favorite products: Teeny Tiny Avocados, from second place last 12 months.
Favorite starter: Creamy spinach & artichokes -Dip
Favorite breakfast & brunch: Hash browns
Favorite sweet treat: Balanced ice creams sandwiches
Favorite snack: Chili & Lime Aromed Rolled Mais Tortilla Chips – for the fifth time, which implies that this product is now going into the Hall of Fame.
Bathroom, body and at home: Brazil Nuss Body Butter, a seasonal product that returns in May or June, says TJS.
Favorite as an entire: Again, the rolled corn tortilla chips, chili lime taste, won the highest award.
And the brand new category, favorite recent product: Cashel blue cheese Irish Potato Chips, made in Ireland with Irish potatoes and a blue cheese produced by Ireland.
As the Awards announced by Trader Joe, this was a surprise, since blue cheese is a “polarizing” taste for the start – they like it or hate it. In addition, they said, this limited offer got here within the shops at the top of the 12 months in November. But soon something recent comes from this producer – a Knobles potato chip.
