“We still dig through articles that are older,” says Erin Rivero, operations manager of the bookmark. “For this first sale (there could be more in the future!) The bookmark book store is located in the city center of Oakland and has been supporting Oakland Public Library for three decades with the sale of donated books, comics, music and other media. The business was founded in 1992 by the friends of Oakland Public Library, which is still heading, and 95 percent is voluntarily staffed and donated more than $ 3 million for the public library over his lifespan.
The sale of March comprises many kitchen and specialties of Culinary Masters all over the world. “There are many, many niche and oddball titles for sale,” says Rivero.

There are also cookbooks in which local organizations, restaurants and chefs from the Bay Area and the Greater California region are involved, Rivero adds. These over 250 titles, including Californian cookbooks, “101 Secrets of California Chefs: original recipes from the Great Restaurants of the State”, a curated title of the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay and “within the kitchen recipes of one of the best chefs within the Bay Area” (2016-2018).
For this sale, the members receive a 30 percent discount on Saturday, 15th, and all receive a 30 percent discount on Sunday, 16th. If you miss it, don't be annoyed. There are around 5,000 other cookbooks that hand over the bookstore, which is to be offered at a later date.
