Thousands of Microsoft 365 customers reported that on Saturday there have been problems with services comparable to Outlook.

Failure reports for Microsoft 365 and Outlook particularly reached the climax around 4 p.m. Eastern before they fell, and a few users said that their access had been restored.
At the start of this week, the Slack communication platform also experienced a failure wherein 1000’s of users couldn’t use the service.
