Alex Wenberg deals with injuries

The San Jose Sharks, who were injured with not less than two essential players, recalled the striker Thomas Bordeleau from her Ahl partner, the San Jose Barracuda, on Saturday.

Sharks coach Ryan Warsofsky said on Thursday that the middle Alexander Wennerberg played through a lower body injury for some time. Wenberg, the Sharks's second line center, has 35 points in 74 games this season and had over 22 minutes on Friday within the 4-2 defeat by San Jose against the Edmonton Oilers.

“I think he has been one of our best players since the (4 nations opposite),” said Warsofsky about Wennberg.

Last Monday, the sharks were against the Calgary Flames without the highest scorer Tyler Toffoli against the Calgary Flames. The wing player was held daily with a lower body injury. Toffoli returned in Minnesota on Wednesday and on Friday in Edmonton, each sharks of the sharks when the team's skid reached eight games.

Warsofsky said last Monday that Toffoli, who had 29 goals, needed to do with the injury: “Probably since then immediately after the break.”

The Barracuda won a spot within the Calder Cup playoffs on Friday evening with a 4-1 win against the reign of Ontario. San Jose is holding Ontario again on Saturday and is fifth within the Pacific Division of the AHL, one point behind the Coachella Valley in fourth place. The teams who take second to fourth place within the division will organize a best-of-three-playoff series in the primary round.

Bordeleaus Promotion has opened a gap within the Barracuda list for the sport on Saturday, and wing player Quentin Musty will give his pro debut with the team. Musty, who was chosen by the Sharks 26.

After Sunday, the Sharks only stayed two games once they play in Vancouver on Monday and organize the Oilers within the SAP Center on Wednesday.

For the second time in a row, the sharks will end in the general rating of the NHL in the general rating of the NHL once they lose considered one of their last three games, or if the thirty first place in Chicago Blackhawks is anxious of their last three games, starting with their home game against the Winnipeg jets on Saturday.

The sharks have 51 points, five lower than the Blackhawks. But Chicago has the primary tie breaker with 20 wins of regulation. San Jose has 14.
