Marcus Smart didn’t play a minute between the Celtics and Wizards within the TD Garden in the sport on Sunday.
But the long-time Boston Guard was involved in a single forwards and backwards with a fan through the ultimate 124-90 win of Celtics against Washington.
During the sport, a fan behind Washington's bank appeared to say something that led to the 2 exchange words before the fan of TD Garden Security was released.
“I just crossed the border and we all know that I don't cross line,” said Smart in regards to the fan after the sport. “That was. We move on. Unhappy, you never want to see it, especially for a man who comes back and who gives the city everything he has, but it is what it is. Take the mind, we will take it up to the next.”
While Smart was held back by his teammates through the exchange, the 31-year-old veteran played down the whole event.

Despite this short battle, Smart was again Serenady by Celtics fans all night – with chants of “We Want Marcus!” Heard several times within the show from the Causeway Street.
Smart, who was acquired by the Wizards in a contract with Memphis in February, is healthy, but didn’t play in the sport on Sunday. Since trade he has performed in 14 games with Washington and has achieved a median of 9.3 points and a pair of.5 templates per game.
“Find it out in the running flight,” said Smart to not play. “You always want to play, but at the same time it was good to just take love and not to concentrate on the game. So it was a small mix between the two.”
Smart, who played the primary nine seasons of his profession on the Celtics, continues to be valued by Boston's fan base in view of his shabby playing style and defensive intensity.
