Renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz is offering her beautiful coastal farm in Bolinas for $8.995 million.
Coincidentally, the barn on the 65-acre property was once photographed by one other legendary photographer, Ansel Adams. Today the barn houses a contemporary riding facility with a riding arena, additional cattle stables and pastures for running around.
Another barn was converted right into a recording studio by previous owner and financier Warren Hellman, who founded the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in San Francisco. He also hosted private live shows on the property.
The principal residence has been renovated and has 4 bedrooms. There can also be a guest house and a two-bedroom caretaker's house. There are scenic views from the property including Stinson Beach, Mount Tamalpais and San Francisco.
Leibovitz is understood for her intimate photographs of celebrities which have been published in media outlets comparable to Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, and more.
