New York Magazine has placed Washington correspondent Olivia Nuzzi on leave after she announced that she “to be in a personal relationship” with someone relevant to the 2024 presidential campaign.

The New York native began her journalism profession as a youngster in 2011, writing for triCitynews, a free alternative weekly newspaper distributed in eastern Monmouth County, New Jersey. She has also written for the Daily Beast, Politico, and The Washington Post.
