Elon Musk's SpaceX is doing loads of the heavy lifting – and it's hard to consider that the aerospace giant has already launched greater than 100 rockets this 12 months alone.
SpaceX launched twice early Tuesday, Oct. 15 — first from Florida after which from California. The Florida launch – SpaceX's No. 100 rocket this 12 months – took place at 2:10 a.m. Eastern Time (11:10 p.m. Pacific Time) from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, followed two hours and 11 minutes later by the launch of rocket No 101 at 1:21 a.m. Pacific time from Vandenberg Space Force Base near Lompoc.
Both launches were Falcon 9 rockets, and each first stage boosters returned safely to Earth.

The two launches capped a successful week for SpaceX:
– A Falcon Heavy rocket carrying NASA's Europa Clipper probe – en path to Jupiter's ice-covered moon Europa – launched on Monday, October 14th
– A Starship rocket accomplished a successful test flight on Sunday, October thirteenth
