Microsoft On Saturday evening that the service was restored after a failure, through which tens of hundreds of users couldn’t access their Outlook -Mail accounts and other programs.
“We are investigating a problem in which users may not be able to access Outlook functions and services,” said the status of Microsoft 365, the official Microsoft account for 365 service incidents, in a single post On X.
Services comparable to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure were reported until around 3:30 p.m. More than 37,000 people reported a failure from the Outlook and around 24,000 reported a failure within the 365 service of the Tech company.
The failures within the areas of New York, Chicago and Los Angeles were most concentrated, in keeping with downdetector reports.
The users have also flooded the social media website X, which complained about their inability to access their Outlook -E emails, which led to consideration with regard to a worldwide Microsoft failure.
Microsoft reported on his Service Health Update page That the corporate said: “Everything is in operation.”
In a standing update by Microsoft 365 published on X, the corporate said: “It confirmed that the service was restored.”
The company didn’t answer CNBC for a request for comments.
