Imagine Dragons bassist Ben McKee and his wife Mary have put their Montclair home within the Oakland Hills up on the market for $1.295 million.
The modern 250-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fit for an expert chef, with two industrial-sized faucets and a chopping block work area. The master suite has been extensively updated, including a walk-in rain shower and a Jacuzzi. Or head out to the adjoining patio and loosen up within the Jacuzzi. The home's two patios also offer stunning views of the bay.
There's loads of room for entertaining or relaxing on the luxurious, sprawling 12,393-square-foot lot. Something McKee, a Sonoma County native, might appreciate:
“I think what I enjoyed most was just sitting outside on the porch and watching the sun set behind the San Francisco skyline as the red-tailed hawks left their perches for the day and were replaced by the great horned owls calling to each other into the night,” he wrote in a press release.
He says he made memories on the property that he’ll at all times cherish. “From recording segments for cooking shows with Ming Tsai and Paris Hilton in the professional kitchen, rolling out dough on the chopping board countertops, composing music with the doors open and a refreshing breeze, enjoying the quiet solitude of a mountain cul-de-sac – there were so many things I look back on with fondness.”
Imagine Dragons is one in every of the world's highest-selling music artists and the primary rock band to have 4 of their songs – “Radioactive”, “Demons”, “Believer” and “Thunder” – each streamed over a billion times.
