Clive Bryan, of Oakland, was charged with kidnapping and second-degree robbery in reference to the Oct. 21 incident. According to Oakland police, Bryan was arrested last week and denied being in the realm where the incident occurred.

The victim, a librarian at Lakeview Library, told police she was at a bus stop near the library when a person walked as much as her and sat on the bench.
