The Count of Monte Crisco is a literary classic that has spawned quite a lot of film and tv adaptations – this recent one would be the best yet.

6. PLAY & SIP: Visit a comeback community

Coffey Park in Santa Rosa was devastated by the Tubbs Fire in 2017, with roughly 1,400 homes and businesses lost to the flames. But the community is now back and definitely value a visit – especially when you like breweries.

7. WATCH: The best TV shows of the yr

In a unprecedented yr for television, it was these shows that stood out.
