Clayton leads Florida to the NCAA title game and scored 34 points within the 79:7: 73 victory against Auburn

San Antonio (AP)-Walter Clayton Jr. scored 34 points and Florida defeated the rivals of the Southeasters Conference Auburn in the ultimate Four on Saturday evening and sent the Gators to the national championship game for the primary time since their titles in 2006 and 2007.

The all-America guard for the Gators (35-4) had a driving layup with 2:24 on the left, right after the Australian great man Alex Condon against Johni Broome, the opposite all-America player on this national semi-finals, was charged with an injured right-hand arch.

After a record of 14 seconds teams, teams made this NCAA tournament, seven got here to the Sweet 16 before the league took care of half of the elite and these last 4 were full of No. 1 seed.

On Monday evening, the Gators have the prospect to win the primary title of the SEC since Kentucky in 2012, the just one because the season won. Florida makes a winning streak with 11 games within the title championship game within the alamodome against Duke or Houston.

According to ESPN statistics, Clayton was the primary player with consecutive 30-point games within the elite eight and within the semi-finals since Larry Bird for Indiana State in 1979. Clayton received over 30 along with his three-point game with 1:33 on a layup while he was fouled and added the free throw.

Martin, who played in the ultimate Four with FAU two years ago, added 17 points for the Gators. Thomas Hagh had 12

Florida opened the second half with a 13:3 run, with Clayton defeating a 11-0 run with a layup after the theft of Rueben Chinyelu. The Gator 51-49 placed on the left with 15 1/2 minutes.

Chad Baker-Mazara partially led his left hand with 18 points due to a thumb problem, including 4 3 hands. Broome ended with 15 points at 6-of-14 shooting and had seven ricks in only three points after half-time.
